For context this is my salary progression:
Year 1: 55k
Year 2: 63k
Year 3: 75k
Year 4: 120k
Year 5: 135k
New role: 165/170k

Good for you. You have something that someone seems to want, and they (as you say) don't bad an eyelid. So what's the problem? Sure at some point, propel may expect you to have some tenure if you want to grow into a more seasoned executive. But that's a while away give your 5 YOE
You're OK because it's your first 5 YOE, you're growing your comp and learning more by moving around. It makes sense and congrats on the progression! I agree with others though that at 7 to 8 YOE it will make more sense to pick a place and stick with it for longer.
