Taking my GMAT in 7 weeks. Just finished the large Kaplan book and have done 2 practice tests so far. What should I do next? Worth investing in a GMAT tutor? Getting 600 on practice tests but want a 690~.

I am not getting any interview calls.

Is it worth doing mba from mediocre college with 4+ yrs of job experience?

Having a hard time staying motivated through the application process. I know conceptually it’ll be worth it to go to the schools I want to go to but it’s so far away that it doesn’t feel real.

Folks who got interviews at M7 from consulting: what’s the total you paid for MBA admission advising, whether it be on essay or interview prep? Know 4 people that spent $1000s on essay coaching alone (all got invites). Feeling discouraged - undergrad student debt killed money trees.

For international applicants, how it works the GPA part? (The grade system is 0 to 1 in my University for example)
And been the first generation in college, ECs, WE... this things are relevant in which part of the application? For M7 I would "compete" with people that have similar characteristics as me?

This is a question which I'm curious about people's thoughts. Mostly reflecting on the past since I'm way too far in audit to make a career change. Did I make a mistake by not trying for law school? I took the LSAT when I was a first year associate and got a 168. At this point, the score expired and would need to retake. I know law is riskier than audit. But a part of me wonders if I'd have been better off (except more student loans) if I went to law school instead of sticking with audit?

Has anyone taken the CAIA ? Any tips ?

Entered a relationship with an amazing guy I've been seeing. The next morning we were talking & he mentioned when he was young & unhappy at the end of a relationship, he made out with a girl. As we continued talking he said he was unhappy in a 4 yr relationship & while away on a trip, emotionally "connected" with a girl who went on to be his next gf of 3 yrs.
