Do companies revise DOJ at the end time? I have 60 days notice period and communicated to the HR as well but they have released the offer based on 45 days Notice Period. I am very worried, what if at the end of 45 days, they didn't extend doj? I have not yet put down my paper and no offer in hand.

5/2021: F1 STEM OPT/EAD expires
8/2021: need new F1 to attend grad school - now I know I need to leave the US and apply for new F1 visa from my home country. But I won’t be able to leave the US with I 485 pending, UNLESS I get advanced parole, but even that takes 120 days. Do I have any options other than to go home and reapply for F1 before filing I485? Does the online USCIS status for the case changes prior to being notified of the decision, or afterwards?

I accepted a job offer at a start up in December; they told me that they would apply for GC on a case-by-case basis and usually after the employee has been there for at least 6 months. The company just filed my I-129 with USCIS on a premium processing yesterday. When I accepted the job offer, my current company paused their GC processing. I realized today that my current company has resumed GC application. Should I consider staying with the firm? My reason for leaving is job opportunity & growth

Hey guys, got an offer from a niche consulting firm with a great reputation. Their pay is lower in comparison to market but is currently higher than mine. Would it be appropriate to ask them for future Green Card sponsorship / include it as part of the offer letter (obviously, upon meeting satisfaction requirements). Need your advice on negotiating here. BTW, I’m from the UK.

I am indian with priority date of sept 2016, I-140 approved from prev emplyr and current employer just started the PWD process. So New perm filling looks like 6-8 months away + 6 more months for perm to get approved.
I am hearing that there are high chances the Filing date for both EB2/3 will move this year in Oct.
What should be my move then, should i go back to old employer and compromise on salary for 6 months.

Stay with current emp and wait till next year to file I-149+i-485 concurrentl
