I work in insurance but I am trying to pivot into tech sales. I am having trouble explaining my metrics during interviews. For us, our KPI is based on a quota issued to each state. Ex Ma being 143%. Throughout Ma, we have multiple offices but my office, in particular, is currently at 260% of quota. I have brought in 60,000 of sales for our team. Since I don't have a quato, how can I demonstrate my performance. Many thanks!!

Two of them are in 3rd interview stage, and a “perfect role” just popped out of nowhere from a recruiter in early stage. I realize that companies have very different timelines too, but how do you all queue up your personal timeline to be able to consider multiple offer(s) if it leads to that?
