I moved to an AmLaw 200 (125, more accurately) about 6 months ago. I'm a midlevel corporate associate. How much time do I need to put in before I can realistically look for a Cravath/Milbank scale remote position? (I don't live in a big market and don't want to). If it still matters, I graduated top of my class at a 3rd tier law school.

I just got an offer from Meta for a Project manager position. I’m new to tech so need some advice. My offer is for IC4. I have 7 yoe. The offer is 115k base/15% bonus/55k rsu. Is this competitive for my yoe? I was expecting ic5 but I’m being told that 7-9 yoe experience is in line with ic4. Also that ic4 has no sign on bonus as “that’s reserved for lead/manager roles.” Would appreciate any advice, my current base in a different industry is much higher than the offer so I’m on the fence.

A little help please… 😓 I’m currently an AE who feels more like a Strategist and wants to pivot to a JS role. I’ve told the SLT at M&C Saatchi and they’re responding slowly (I’m now working hybrid roles on current projects/love the clients & people/got given a small pay rise) but they’re also telling me it’ll take time & it’s rare for an AE to become a JS. However, I’ve potentially got a JS job offer with Anomaly (London). Do I stay and grow slowly, or do I go and get the role I want quickly?

Background story - I interviewed with a company that I really want to work for for a role that I was a perfect fit for. I went through 5 rounds of interviews then was told that they ended up going with an internal referral however the entire team loved me so much and they're looking for other roles for me.
