I need a job please. I have interviewed been passed over. All due to budget or worry I will not stay at the company for long. And it’s not because I m not a fit for the job. They want me but don’t want me to quite.

Where do partime jobs go on the resume? Under your full time work section or in a separate section elsewhere? And do you call it out as part time?

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

Has anyone heard back from Affirm job applications besides decline emails? I haven't heard anything, and it's been over a month. There is also no way to check application status. Any advice?

I’ve been having the worst experiences with my interview 2nd and 3rd round for the various companies I’ve attempted to work for and with, the position are typically motion graphics/graphic design, 3D generalist, illustrator, and a few art director positions.

I work for a large consultancy and 1. I don't have time for freelance or pet projects 2. Even if I did them, I could seriously be in trouble with my current company.
