I need a new system of keeping track of the status of all files I’m working on.. like a chart with the file name and short-term and long-term to do items. Ideally something my law clerk can view and edit. Any suggestions?

I create a “master” to do list of all my matters - breaking them down by type of case (I’m at a small firm and handle many different kinds of cases). Our firms calendar system maintains and tracks the deadlines for each matter so that’s how I know for each individual case what’s coming up. From there, I hammer out a schedule based on priorities.
