Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. I’m in talks with management about being a candidate for a new position, Project Manager. This would be a promotion for me; however, a member of my team indicated the company may not want to increase compensation for this role even though I would have more responsibilities. I am selected in company and got 1st offer in hand. I feel company selected good candidates like me for same position but they offered me it means I expected less salary compare to other peers.

Why I feel so ? -> HR mentioned we will release offer in week ( within week they r doing)but they taken almost month and release offer to me.
