Remember that no ad, campaign or asshole is worth fretting over and let it wash over you. Also, remember you’re not saving lives or building rockets. No one has ever died from an ad that didn’t quite perform as one would have hoped. It’s just advertising.
I have been working long hours over the last months and feel overwhelmed, overworked and tired. I don’t see any way to change my current situation within my agency so I have been looking for other job opportunities but I am in a very small market, and nothing comes up. I feel unappreciated and exploited. I also feel angry because other people in my department who makes way more than I do seem to have it easier and are able to leave at 5:00 pm to have a life. I can swear it’s not related to time mismanagement. I don’t waste time, I work hard but simply there’s more work than available hours to execute it. I have a family and I feel I am neglecting them for a job that pays an average salary in the industry. Help. I need to advice in managing my frustrations while a change is possible. I don’t want my bitterness to get the best out of me. I want to be in control and keep my cool as long as possible. Nobody wants to work with a bitter person ( despite I have legit reasons to be unsatisfied). Books, articles or ideas are welcome
Thank you for listening. And for the book recommendation 👍🏻
