Interested in doing a starting salary comparison for recent graduates with their MPH or MHA going into healthcare and/or human services consulting. KPMG starts just under $80k. Interested to hear from others? (And/or if you jumped firms, what the difference was)

pwc foreign Global Mobility offices (IAS) have apparently been asked to confirm if they will remain with pwc or be part of a sale of the practice (presumably the US one). Seems odd, to say the least. I feel for my fellow IAS colleagues (I’m sure the partners past and present may get a sweet bonus / retention payment … but what about the rest of the team 🤔??). And what will they call themselves?
I’m interviewing for in-house and firm roles and I’m not sure how to navigate the compensation issue. My first job out of law school was with a state regulatory agency so comp was slotted and basically limited to salary and PTO. What should I be looking for when I interview in-house? With a firm? I don’t want to leave compensation on the table and end up feeling undervalued later.
I joined D's Workday practice as a C and been here ~8 months. I'm getting an offer from a lesser known practice with a 66% increase and a promo to SC. I currently love my job and team. The only motivation to jump is the money. If i stayed at D i'd prob get promoted next year and yet it wont match the salary i'm getting offered today. The money would allow me to reach my goals a lot faster, but is right to move just for the money? I know the work at the other firm will be less interesting.
I have a return offer following my internship for an MBB in my home country in SE Asia. However, I want to stay in the US after my MBA (salary, relationship, network etc.). Would it make sense to get offers from T2s to put pressure on my company to enable a transfer? If so, how would I best play this card? I would likely pick any US firm over any MBB at home, given the financial considerations.
Hello Fishes, Can you please share your best salary negotiation tips? In India, it’s such a common norm to pay on current even if you are grossly underpaid. Thanks.
I know right now many people(especially in audit) are jumping ships from one PA firm to another! Please, please, make sure that you get the highest possible base salary and sign on bonus!!! Those firms don’t want you, they need you!!! So make sure to squeeze as much money as possible and remember that they won’t think twice to squeeze you as well as soon as you join them.
Could anyone share some insight on compensation for manager roles in financial reporting and/or technical accounting? Curious to see what people have jumped for when they left PA for these types of jobs.
How much do partners and senior managers in NYC make during their first years roughly at EY. This is in reference to Advisory practices like cyber and PI. Also how is the bonus per year calculated?
Has anyone received offers and know comp details for Chime? Specifically looking at Director in S&O, but would be interested to hear other offers as well!
Urgent: Wanted to understand key differences between EY India and EY GDS. I know generic differences but which is better along the lines of: 1. Financial growth opportunities (hikes/bonus) 2. Duration to stay in the same role (example would I have to stick to same client for multiple years or when can I switch client) 3. Senior Management 4. WLB 5. Is it easier to move from India to GDS or vice versa? Getting Tech Consultant Senior 1 in GDS vs Data Science Senior in EY India. 5YOE/Data Science
Does anyone know what salary would look like for a Conflicts Attorney at a big law firm?
What’s a typical salary for an acd in philly?
SVP, CD big NYC pharma agency salary? $225k? No awards, just a few decades of experience and a “can-do” attitude to offer 😉
Thoughts on Chime? Accepted offer from Apple then they hit me up with a higher comp band (recruiter not even applied). Add in pre IPO it’s a higher risk higher reward
Not a points related question but I have TSA pre-check. I thought for certain airlines TSA pre-check would be added to whoever is under my reservation..is this not the case anymore?
Lyft vs uber for rewards? Company politics removed, which has a better rewards system? Flying United not delta FYI and have enjoyed the $5 uber cash every 500 points
I’ve been grinding on a project that’s a technical mismatch for me for months. I’m a new hire and I got an average performance review(maybe a little below) I think it was the straw that broke the camels back. I feel so deflated and a lack of energy whenever work starts now. How should I go about initiating a roll off process? I was looking very forward to working at Deloitte and now dread going to work every day where I’m being asked to fire out deliverables I struggle with.
How much is a senior con 6.5 year work ex (2 pre mba, 4.5 post mba) tier 1 mba expected to earn at Deloitte india strategy consulting?

Congrats to all the folks who got promoted this year! Happy for everyone but still feeling a little blue.. was really hoping to make it to the next level this year. Looking for some advice.. do I slog it out for one more year in current big 4 or do I try to jump to another firm at the next level?
Just found out I'm getting a 4 and promotion to Senior for advisory. What kind of raise / promo bonus can I expect % wise?
Just received cousin's invite to her wedding and it's on a Sunday. It's not necessarily a destination wedding but is in a city that neither she nor her family, nor her partner's family lives, so everybody has to fly + get hotels. I'm annoyed because I think it's a but disrespectful to your guests to make them all travel and do it on a Sunday so people have to take time off work Monday in order to attend. I know I don't have to attend, but shouldn't it be convenient for guests?
I heard a news about few people who are in bench were laid off recently. Is it true? Anyone heard about this? One of my friend's friend who is around 2 years was laid off. She was told by talent team that clients are asking for more experience candidates and they were not able to match her to any project. She is from Salesforce practice. Please confirm if anyone heard this type of news.
How much beach time is too much beach time? Cases reaching out that frankly are not of interest, how long do you think it’s appropriate to wait for another? Is fine to do at all?

Received a denial on my H1B RFE (not extension); PwC law says they did not receive a reason for the denial; is this possible? I have only 1 more attempt at the H1B - would it help for me to move?
Hi. Looking for healthcare IT / digital health opportunities in Canada. Background: did my MD outside Canada, practised as family physician 5+ years , then wanted to shift to a corporate role so worked with a pharmaceutical company. Now after studying health informatics in Canada, I seem lost amongst the crowd. Anybody willing to provide advice and professional guidance, that's mighty helpful and welcome too!
- Finished MBA end of 2018 - Upon graduation, MBA hire to tier 2/3 firm (basically tech consulting), laid off June 2020 - October 2020- started as PM/scrum master with mid-tier AWS consulting partner Question- I've always wanted to go to a top tier consulting firm for the experience/brand for PM/Program management. Would you be willing to take a paycut to make it happen? It seems in current climate candidates have all the leverage, but being told I don't have the experience for manager level
Negotiating an offer for senior consultant EY cyber practice. Any insights on salary and sign-on bonus?
