Something that has really helped me lately has been creating dedicated time in the morning to consider things I'm grateful for, and also to write them in a journal. I know it could seem silly, but it has helped me shift my mindset throughout the day. The world is kind of crazy right now and I know we are bearing the brunt of some of that with teacher shortages and navigating so much, but I just wanted to share in case it helps someone else. Have you tried this before?

I am looking for any kind of information about how to go about successfully acquiring a support dog. My superintendent wants a plan first and I am looking for suggestions from any of you who have a support animal at your school.
