Hi All,
I have 7 years of experience in total in SAP Integration technology and I have been offered C2 manager position with Capgemini with a package of 30.5 LPA.
Is it good to join? Can I still contribute technically at C2 role? Or would it be pure managerial role? Also please let me know how much variable pay would be paid at this role? I have around 2.8L variable per year as a part of the package.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated Capgemini
I have an interview for a TPM role that I didn't technically apply to (my resume got passed along). I work in a technical environment but dont have a technical background. Do I actually have a real shot??
How technical are TPM roles? I know how to talk to technical people but not make technical decisions myself. Amazon Project Kuiper.

Those are really diverse options, would ask yourself the following questions in this order:
1) do all options provide sufficient cash (i.e. if one of these options doesn’t pay enough cash to support your lifestyle, discard the option)
2) what do you want to do long-term, which option are you most excited about (always want to think long term, and pick a path you will be committed to)
3) which path provides the most financial upside / growth
Fair point - I view that as implicitly assumed across points 1 and 3. Everyone is their own person, but if your needs are met for today, then I just assume look at the potential upside
I would think back to the interactions you've had with each team and/or what you know about satisfaction at each company. Yes, as a leader, you are responsible for improving things for your employees. But if you're coming into a company that already has low morale or high turnover, that's going to put a lot of undue pressure on your role.
