$5k seems low for what you are asking

Right? Less than 60$/day at the 12 week mark

Can you expand on why you need this much coaching? If I charge you for one hour a day for 12 weeks, that’s going to be no less than $8k Work smarter, not harder. Don’t want to get dinged at resumes? Get a network that doesn’t care

This! I’ve never actually done a formal case interview PwC or Deloitte and now in a great role in tech, where I also didn’t do a case. It’s all through networking and strong interviewing.

Let's start with what everyone here is saying: no you don't. That many cases is an absurd amount and will lead to case fatigue and frankly burn you out well before your interview. I went hard myself, I will have don't ~30 from mid January through to early March and im already experiencing case fatigue. Not to mention im also now amazing at cases, so you wouldn't need to double me to become great. Reach out to people, network, try the community boards on rocket blocks, etc to get partners and go from there. It won't be as bad as you think.

I paid 2.5k for 10 one hour sessions on prep lounge. Well worth the investment but a lot of it didn’t need to be the coach. He trained me on how to structure and adjusted my presentation but I was able to practice with others for free.

Geez.. I had to scramble for case interview prep and I only needed like 3 hours of prep in 2 days. For $200, I’ll give you what you need to knpw

I'll practice with you if you pay my $20 an hour ;)

Are you trying to go MBB? Did you not do cases coming to Deloitte? Would be helpful to know circumstances.

Learn the frameworks and methodology of how to work through cases > doing a million cases. I did less than 10 practice cases with friends before my interviews. You can’t memorize it all. The approach is what you need

Received an invite for a superday very quickly after applying to Goldman. Recruiter never sent me the zoom password and then the password failed to work so everything started a full 15 minutes late. Interviews went great including a “they’ll definitely be a second round” but then I received the rejection email the next day. Do we think the tech issues played into that significantly or just my interview not stacking up to other candidates?

Thinking of leaving and joining industry once ACCA qualified. (One more paper left). But people around me discourage that growth potential and earnings in industry are way less compared to public accounting. I know that too but I still want to leave. I'd like to stick to core accounting. Thoughts pls
