I need more insight. I just got done with my on-site interview (flew 1,000 miles) they paid for everything. I had interviews with the director, CNO, and fellow managers. The CNO was fourth coming with all information and said they would develop me to reach my career goals. The managers were telling me the good school districts etc. and we’re agreeing with my answers during the interview. I’m probably going to end up over analyzing everything until I hear back. Any thoughts?

How long is too long when waiting to hear from HR? Got told by first round interviewer that I’d hear back in a week or check in (she told me after we interviewed; we talked over over coffee privately) and that Id move on to final round. Had an interview with FB this week. Recruiter said they were going to schedule time with me to prep for the next round (which involved a case interview with a team member). Had the recruiter interview Monday morning and still haven't received any follow up. Is this normal considering recruiter told me on the call that I'd made it to the next round? I just received this email by a recruiter:

"One thing I want to run by you again is the salary range. I asked you about it when we spoke and you mentioned a range. I would say that we would be able to offer a salary more in the lower part of that range, so I just want to make sure it is still relevant for you? We think l that you would have exciting development possibilities with us"

the lower part of that range, is acceptable, but low for market in the area. Should i ask about benefits?
