I am in the same exact boat. Someone guide us! I also feel like my job is super draining and I’m still trying to figure out if I want to even stick with it or not
same here! I took one exam , failed, and I can't seem to get back on studying. I really just dont care!
I think it’s easier if you make a schedule to map it out. Once you are able to say x amount of hours per day you want to accomplish it is more do able as opposed to just saying I want to study. It gives more a disciplined approach.
Same :(
Same!
No one can "take" the CPA from you. you'll still have it even if you get fired. Know when to hit the brakes and study. This your own investment on yourself.
Same. I’ve sat for a few exams but haven’t passed any since I would half ass studying and be super unmotivated. Gave up on studying completely for now since dk if I’d even want to stay long enough to need my CPA for manager promotion. I’ve been working 60-80+ hour weeks this whole summer so burnt out as it is already.
I did the math. This is my lifetime earning potential for each hour of study. Assuming 1500 hours of study.
That seems worth it.
