Really curious, what are the reasons you found so few people after all that time? In my case, I never seem to be into the people who like me and vice versa. Any of you have other reasons/issues with these apps I should watch our for?

I have a hard time finding compatible attractive people. Often, there are not many attractive people. And if they are, hard to find compatibility with them. And in general, it’s the mismatch of expectations.

As convenient and successful these apps and sites market themselves, old fashioned networking still wins. I propose if you're religious start going to your place of worship, attending networking events, doing meet ups, and connecting with your aunties. Foster a couple hobbies that make it easy to meet new people. 🙂

You are better of trying apps where parents aren’t involved. At 30F you are over the “marriageable age” for women and you will be filtered out by most parents . I myself am pushing the boundary at 32M and had the most success when I filtered out profiles managed by parents. Try regional matrimonial sites, profiles are more genuine

Cynical person who has had no luck with any of them. Most of the people there stay on for years. I think their success rate is probably 1 in like 50 profiles?

A3, people taught me to never talk to only one person.

Ping me for more tips 😛

The caveat: can wait 1 yr where supply MIGHT catch up a little to flatten out this crazy market while interest rates still haven’t crept up to that 4-5% average. Ill have more buying power with prices POTENTIALLY decreasing and more money saved for down payment.can skip starter and go straight for forever home. Or i can buy now and take the risk of selling lower in 5 yr
