Sounds like you’re dodging a bullet by getting out of there. You could always raise your concerns in your exit interview because at this point you only have a week left and it sounds like he’s just bitter that you’re leaving
I’ve had this happened to me in My previous job. Like literally asking me every single time. It’s irritating.
Yikes. Sounds like Vanguard
I’m a direct person so always want to confront these types and situations however IMO this is a time to let it go. I’m sure your current manager is worried you will spill about them at the other location so is taking it out on you. Stupid, I know, bc it only solidifies you’re right about them, but think of your long term career goals and focus on what lies ahead. Ignore this petty shit. You are SO CLOSE to being out of there.

Where do you work? I can’t imagine HR will do anything. Maybe you should call them first?

Definitely would let it go as you’re about to leave. HR is not and never will be on your side vs management/the company. I used to work in HR and we literally had to disclose ‘confidential’ stuff all the time if the company felt it was in their best interest.
At the end of the day HR works for the company.
