If you know for a fact that someone on the same team with the same title as you is making substantially more money, say you know that and you’d like to have it matched.
I want what she has doesn’t make you look great. I always have better success when I focus on what I bring to the table that’s different.
Take the job the people on your team just turned down to accept the counter
I say jump - but it sounds like you don't want to. Mention the disparity and also ask them about their pay equity efforts and their plans to move you up into a higher bandwidth. Send some benchmarks and a timeline for movement. But honestly they have already told you everything you need to know so I'd jam outta there
Do they like you? Is there a chance you should just look for better opportunities at other places?

Yeah sounds like you’re doomed there and they’re doing the thing where they don’t want to fire you (either because they are spineless or they just like you too much as a person), so they try everything they can to get you to leave on your own
Only leverage you have is leaving. Is there a better job? Maybe, but you can do two things. Interview and find something else and leave. Or leave and see if they call your bluff. Either way you could end up leaving it they don't match.
