Designations are almost same(management level8) But Accenture provides 3lacs joining bonus and more variable pay(Accenture 27% whishworks 10%) which puts me in dilemma. My manager in the agency was able to "go to main component" and see my other client's project which included some of the agency's icons (they downloaded them online) and some basic tabs and drop shadows components. I’m a second year attorney who just went in house a month ago to a company where it’s just the GC and I. He’s been a great mentor so far and knows I’m a novice, but I always feel horrible when I spend hours on a contract draft and he changes all of my redlines.
