I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

McKinsey and BCG consultants: how impactful would the difference between the two firm's flight policies (>90 mins business class for BCG vs >3.5hrs for McK) be to one's experience as a consultant? Do McK folks usually end up getting upgraded anyways as your flight status increases? Do BCG folk feel that the first-class perk provides them with a significantly better travel experience? Would love your thoughts :)

I think if it's something you can add to you resume, and you don't currently have anything on there, you should definitely consider working on this!
Don't worry about it, consider your first internship with a lot of room for error– it's fine if you don't know anything about it at the moment, you can quit it if you odn't like the work environment in the future. Thing is, you'll actually know once you start. You're in control. You get to decide whether you'll eventually pursue it or not. Take what you can.
I have heard the company is nice, so no need to panic.
