Don’t give more than two weeks notice. You. Must. Recharge. You are not doing anyone any favors by running yourself into the ground.
This is great advice, thank youn
You’re on the home stretch. If you don’t need the money I’d consider handing in your notice ASAP and then departing as soon as you can rather than sticking around
Don't know if that was to me or the poster above but for me if I had any free time at all to seek out a diagnosis I think I would as I feel very textbook ADHD! on the long term to do list to be honest
If you were my junior/ midlevel associate, I’d give you a drink 🥃
Start passing work to someone else on the team. Claim family emergency if you need to.
Ah, thank you!! That's sweet. All of my seniors except one quit/went on extended leave/got seconded which is part of the panic and drowning.
I’m in the same boat but not giving notice for 4 more weeks (leaving end of July) and it’s been brutal. I just try to get done what I can and not worry too much about it. Sucks bc I feel like I end up sitting in front of my computer for much longer than needed each day due to not being able to get anything done.
Was in the same boat a couple weeks ago, but lucky for me the workload got lighter. But happy for you!! Can imagine how it feels counting down to the day you'll free from the anxiety and the urge to cry.

Have you tried talking to a professional therapist? It sounds like you have a good reason to be stressed, but it can also be helpful to talk through this stuff with someone that can help you develop strategies in the meantime
Thank you! Yes I've been seeing a therapist. It's been massively helpful, but I think the COVID workload and lack of facetime interaction and increasing responsibilities and burnout and total lack of support have all compounded it to a pretty unsustainable situation beyond my usual coping mechanisms.
