I need some help navigating a conversation with my boss. The $2000 bump looks like it was compensation for taking on more tasks that are outside of the scope of your job description.
even if that did represent your salary increase for the year ,the year was not complete for them to really assess your contribution. I would go back to them and at least mention all of this and that your concern was you took on more work essentially for less pay since the $2000 was more to cover increased standard of living.
Technically they would also owe you from the moment they gave you the 2000 to the end of the year the weighted increase they did not consider in the $ 2000.
Hope that is clear. The math is not working out here so you definitely have caused to go to them and ask for justification.

Good luck

I would at least ask. While I understand the $2000 bump, that was for the additional tasks you're taking on not your regular yearly bump. I would at least bring it up and see what they're thinking.

Did anyone recently pass CISM? I’ve been studying and using the QAE. I went through it the first time getting above 70. The second time I am getting 80+ % in the overall domains but some sections have challenging and odd questions where I would have a lower percentage for that group of questions, in the 70 %.

Would the exam have a mix of easy and hard questions? Are the topics and points in the QAE the same on the exam? Any surprise topics on the exam you didn’t see before?

Advice needed! So I completely bombed the GMAT today (70 points below my OG practice test average LOL). Should I cancel it or keep so I can buy the enhanced score report? I know I was having major testing anxiety and was off on timing, but I’m curious to see whether the ESR will reveal any other useful red flags to make sure this does not happen again. How much will it hurt me to keep the score (680) if I end up getting a much better score in 2 weeks when I try again?
