I need to develop a :60 dialog driven TV spot that i will direct, and is direct to client. I want to hire freelancers (ideally just 1) to strategize/write it with me. Budget is modest. What is the best way to do this... hire a freelance copywriter? Strategy? Both?

Need some honest advice!

I'm working as a project manager in a product based company, and can also consider roles such as technical project manager, technical account manager in the future if I need to switch.
I'm thinking of going for an MBA and switching to a Consultant/Product manager role.
I have some questions:

1. Are consultants/product managers more highly paid than project managers?

How do women really work in pregnancy? I am 7 weeks and so exhausted to work that I feel like taking a long break instead I’m getting overburdened with work. It’s not too much but a bit much for my pregnant brain to take. Also I’m high risk and will have more than the regular amount of appointments and blood work apps in coming future. I have no plans of telling my project peeps until 20 weeks. I don’t know how I’m going to do it.

I’m currently in general project management but want to transition into a product owner position. I am a certified web developer, SSGI Scrum Master and have previous sales experience. No degree. Any tips on how to transition? What certifications should I look at? What should be my next move? Etc..

Currently fighting with my depression which means I end up sleeping late. I’ve been sneaking by so far but today just straight up slept through a client call I was supposed to take notes on. Said I had an emergency come up, but no idea what I’ll say if asked what that emergency was. Oh and I’m on a PIP, hence the depression flare up.
