Why would you turn the lights off during sex?
Vyvanse, exercise, water. Rinse and repeat.

Are you on meds? Have you seen a doctor?

I feel ya on that one. I didn't get diagnosed until I was in my 30s. Things have gotten much better since that. Wfh has been rough though. I'm going into the office once a week even though there's not really anyone here.
I found that after my diagnosis 1) medication is a must have for me. I know some people can do fine without it. I am not one of those people. Learned that the hard way when I stopped for awhile. 2) exercise has been super important in helping me manage mine.
If that’s your goal, you’re gonna be disappointed. As this point in time, there are no surgical cures nor magic pills to “fix” your ADHD. All you can do is find strategies that make it easier to live with. If you’re able to do this, you’ll be surprised by what you can achieve.
