My issue is I’m having a hard time setting a realistic budget, there’s an option at all kinds of price points.

I like the cabrio top loader. I’ve bought two sets for difference houses and both my sitter and mom have as well. Haven’t had any issues 5 years in so far.

Thanks all!

Hey Fishes,
I am a software developer with ~4 years of experience. Recently I joined a coaching for preparation of some good companies like Google Amazon etc.. It is a small coaching class where I get coaching with 6 college students.
The issue is that the teacher we are having here is very strict, he will beat us like small kids and also make us murga for mistakes... At the same time he teaches superb good. Not sure if I should continue with the tution or not.

I’d like to preface this post with saying I was in a very toxic relationship previously. I went to therapy, healed myself, and now feel I have found someone very healthy. He self reflects, he listens, he’s present, he makes me feel heard (mostly). With all that said, I can’t stop feeling like he’s only giving me the bare minimum. I do a lot of the small things, make sure I’m hitting all his love languages daily, and I keep feeling like he thinks he’s doing everything to keep me happy, but

Hey Recruiters, stop trying to connect with me on LinkedIn when I don’t know you - no you can’t have access to my contact. When you do send me message, maybe do a little home work. And when you do work with a candidate, update them regularly - it’s not that hard.

Anyone got any good/BAD Queen posts and tweets? Bonus points if you know the story behind it.

Hi all, looking to buy a fourplex in Austin TX. Off market they will accept $625k “as is”. My only financing option is fha it seems since I don’t have 15% down. Current rents are $4300. It’s in south Austin part of 78704 but a really bad street. My thoughts are it’ll gentrify and I’ll condo regime it. Any major concerns, am I buying at the peak? Are there other financing options I should entertain? First house so a bit nervous. Thank you!

We own a rental property that has appreciated quite a bit and have the opportunity to do a 30-yr cash out refi at 75% LTV that would leave us with about $200,000 at the end of the deal. Rent currently wouldn’t cover the costs and we’d need to deploy the cash and earn about $750/mo to break even. We’d ideally like to use the money to invest in other property and syndicates. Seem like a good idea? Not sure if we are over leveraging ourselves and it’s worth the risk.
