My EM during my final feedback meeting said I sometimes notice you are fatigued. And I know you’re a woman so you have different cycles - you might need to keep this in mind going forward. And this wasn’t coming from a malicious place but still feels wrong. I think this needs to be addressed but im having hard time deciphering what I’m feeling. I asked if it impacts deliverable - he said not output has been great and on time.
