Here’s my plan for my 2 year old and me. My husband’s a doctor so he will not be working from home. Good luck y’all!
Grateful my son can sit quietly and feed himself with whatever’s in front of him. Going to let him roam in the play area (he isn’t completely independent but does have stretches of time where he’s just listening to music and playing with whatever) while I watch from the kitchen counter and work as much as I can. 🤷🏻♀️
Have your nanny come anyways. They likely rely on the income and since you’re still getting a paycheck and responsible for work, keeping your childcare on seems win/win.
I’ll pay her regardless so her income isn’t a consideration. My concern is how to keep my kids from derailing my work.
You said you and your husband are both consultants can’t you figure it out for yourselves?
Ass hat.
Stagger your meetings so that one of you is free each hour/half hour to cook/feed/clean.
You exercise before waking up?
Left is baby, right is parent.....

Pay them during this time, show you appreciate them. Once everything settles, you’ll be glad to have done so
