I need to travel to India due to an emergency and got the Dropbox date for 21st Jan. Given the new travel ban and restrictions extended until March 2021, is there a likelihood that all Dropbox will get 221G form or is it on a case by case basis?

Does anybody else feel like SPACs are a glitch in the market?.. $10 hard floor for nearly all of them allows you to calculate the exact risk you take on in the worst case scenario prior to entering a position... Combine that with good due diligence and you can produce pretty good returns based off of risk calculated positions. I feel like the SEC will step in at some point because if you buy close to $10 your essentially in a risk free play
