I just got an email from a recruiter from Google!
Omgomgomgomg
He said that the position is in the Bay Area or New York. I haven’t replied the email. I don’t think we can move to those cities, but I don’t want to lose this opportunity. Does anyone know if Google does remote jobs within US?

I love the workouts on the peloton app!
If you know someone with a peloton bike/tread, they can give you access to the app by making you an account on the bike/tread. I’ve done it for fam/close friends
You mentioned no pelo but I'm an app user. For 12.99/mo I get bootcamp, spin (I have a non pelo bike), tread (I used to do these at the gym, now I do them outside), bar, yoga, meditation, and strength. It's the most one stop shop I've found in a workout program and allows me to switch it up as needed.

Third this! I’m also an app user on a non-Peloton bike. I’ve heard it’s even easier to use on the tread. I also love the strength and yoga classes. It’s a steal for $13 a month!

I love the short beach body workouts. I don’t belong to a group or use a coach, I just like the on demand workouts. I also don’t strictly follow any programs. I work through them at my own pace and switch around workouts based on what I’m looking for. Works well for me!
I really like the Beachbody on Demand app. I think I pay $10/month or so and it is worth every dime. Tons of programs to choose from so you don’t get bored. I suggest the 21-Day-Fix Real Time series for quick 30-min videos for beginners.
Sydney Cummings on YouTube!
Sydney is the best!
Kayla Itsines (sp?) BBG / Sweat program is amazing and only 28 minutes.
Obé fitness app is pretty good.
I love Obé!
Madfit or Heather Robertson on YouTube!
It’s all about diet. Fix your diet first if the goal is weight loss.
Ah gotcha!! In that case, really try to work on push ups. It’s the simplest thing to be able to drop and do 10 to get your blood flowing. Planks to. Set a goal of X per day! I also have a kettle bell that I use for various things
I’m a big fan of Krissy Cela. She is a certified trainer who has an app called Tone & Sculpt that offers short but intense 30 min. circuit workouts, which can be done entirely at home. She also offers other programming if you are interested in something different. The most important thing is CONSISTENCY. Try to find a program you like and stick with it. You won’t see results (at least not as efficiently) if you bounce around different programs or trainers.
Another similar option is the SWEAT app by Kayla Itsines.
Nicole Steen on YouTube! 30 min per day, and you’ll see + feel results. Diet helps, too. I lost a ton of weight on weight watchers.
Kayla Itsines BBG or Anna Victoria Fit Body Guide (I prefers Anna’s, but have done both!). Or just make your own circuits. 2 circuits of 3-4 exercises and do each circuit 2x. Comes out to about a 28-39 min workout. Super efficient and effective!
Eat less of what you eat now. So, eat what you want but less of it. Also, maybe consider adding in foods that are more fulfilling but less calories (ie, salad, cucumbers, peppers, spinach). Get active! My favorite thing to do is yoga, belly dancing, pole dancing (I have a pole at home) , and going on walks. I do a lot of conditioning for pole since you need strength regardless of the style of pole dance. I also work on floor work as well which is challenging. For belly dancing and floor work there are plenty of YouTube videos. For yoga I do down dog. I do not recommend pole dancing until you’ve actually tried it and want to commit to buying a home pole though. Expect lots of bruising from pole in the beginning.

Thanks so much for all the ideas!! Inspired by the YouTube suggestions I’m going to try Chloe Tings 2 week challenge. After a year on the couch I need a set workout routine to stay motivated lol!
Check out Sydney Cummings while you’re on YouTube!! She programs her workouts and is allll about gaining strength. She posts DAILY and has hundreds to choose from, most being 30 min-1hour! She had a sports themed one last Saturday which was so much fun! You won’t regret it!
Try FitOn or Beachbody on Demand.
I'm obsessed with Marnie Alton's barre workouts. There are a few free ones on Popsugar if you want to try her out first.
I love the Blogilates workouts! She's on YouTube and has a great website with workout plans that link to her videos. For your diet, try SkinnyTaste (the blog or the cookbooks, I do both!) -- she reworks good recipes to be healthier so that you can enjoy what you eat and learn more healthful eating habits (which will keep weight off).

Yes I used to do blogilates years ago! Call me maybe squats lol. I’ll check out that blog thanks!
I use three different free apps that have circuit workouts in varied lengths: Nike Training Club, Workout for Women, and FitOn.
I like pilates and have followed sessions on YouTube from Tall Girl Pilates. She explains poses better than my last instructor.
