I never read the T&C when I sign up for a new site. Yet I admittedly get frustrated when someone calls in and hasn’t read the T&C. This job has turned me into a monster 😂

I think it happens to all of us who work in customer support, hahaha.

It is something that happens super, we only read the T&C when it is an obligation, in the case of our work we should know them to the letter in this way we remind the client that they must read it.

I always read the T&C of the things that I really like, for example when I buy a car or contract a special service, but it is true that no client reads it, or worse, they use those TikTok videos were a "specialist" appears and tells you what is supposedly companies contemplate in their T&C.

I just get frustrated whenever anyone calls about anything, just leave me alone lol

This job didn't turn me into a monster, all the dummies calling about every tiny inconvenience are what turned me into a monster

Yeah working in customer service is probably the worst experience I've had. The managers suck, the customers suck, and nobody wants to be here, it's actual hell

Yeah we get those all the time here as well, people lack reading comprehension I think

I don't really blame them for not reading. What frustrates me is when they get mad at me anyway -_-
