Use a tool that everyone can access and build a repository. Always distribute a status report and mtg notes in a f/up email after mtg. Use the same documents and attach to the next mtg. Review briefly at next mtg.before the new stuff. Always carve out time for feedback, questions or comments at the end of mtgs. And keep it moving 💯. It's their responsibility to keep up and be accountable. The types/style of documents you choose depends on your audience but this is normal behavior. Peeps in general have short attention spans and their own workloads that are consuming them. Don't take it personal, just do your job and the rest will fall in place.
Ask them
what they are interested in,
how they want to receive it,
how they want to be engaged,
delegate parts of the agenda.
Keep showing up and being consistently better.
Ask for feedback.
