Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

I got a verbal offer from ACN two weeks ago, and the recruiter told me I could expect a written offer in a few days. I haven’t receive it by now…followed up with the recruiter today, and she told me hopefully I will get it over the weekend or by Monday. Is this normal? Should I be worried? The recruiter told me they really wanted me and the team has a lot of projects lining up and I really like the team..Accenture

Top of FMLA there are also usually options to add vacation time, sometimes leverage disability laws, etc. Talk to others at the agency who have recently come back to understand if they have any tips - a precedent is also nice to have when asking for more time.
Thank you for this! Great insight! I don’t have a ton of PTO, so would rather take unpaid leave and save that for holidays and maybe an actual vacation, but I guess I can see what makes most sense when I talk to some others.
I have a colleague who took some extra MT recently, but explained in advance that this might be a possibility. She said she wanted to see how things went with the baby's health (colic or what have you, not to mention being cautious about the pandemic). Just be sure to communicate well so no one is caught off guard and work can get covered.
