Hi, I am unable to apply for Automation Testing profile in Accenture portal. I once applied for a job 4 months back. If I am trying now, it's showing "we already have this resume in database which we received from you or some other sources in the past". Is there any other way can I apply for Accenture. Kindly guide me.AccentureAccenture India

I recently joined and already feeling the same way!
I left after 6 years. Drank from the kool aid too. Still definitely a great company to work for but management has gotten a lot worse with promotions and playing favors that it turned me off and I left.
SNOW is also a great company to work for. Feels a bit like a startup and we’re growing. Met a few SF alumni’s as well.
I’m considering leaving too. It’s not what I imagined it to be. So much drinking the Kool Aid like many others have shared. Not even sure at times how some get promoted too. Seems like it’s really based on who you know. And can’t believe the type of projects they sell here…
that's normal for sales

There's a lot of Kool-Aid to drink here
S1, why did post a link that does not have any answer? Please click the link and read it. You may have just wikipedia it and copy, paste and sent.
Coach
Been here for 5 years and looking to leave. I want to diversify my tech experience outside of SF and it’s hard to get stock here which will make up a large portion of my comp elsewhere 🤑
I'm in Q Branch and can't imagine leaving anytime soon. I'm about to release an application that I'm super proud of that will impact every core developer at Salesforce and eventually evey partner too.
Senior Manager huh?
Wow I love this solidarity. Another CSGer already considering the door after a year.
Any thoughts on where you’d go OP?
+1 on the Kool Aid sentiment. Pretty ridiculous
Seems pretty standard with most SF consulting organizations.
Ya- I am constantly considering leaving- no question I have been at Salesforce too long and my skills are getting stale for anything outside of Salesforce….
Use to be a very hands on software engineering lead. Due a lot of high level technical stuff now- but all development is so niche for Salesforce. Have really fallen behind in a lot of the latest tech trends.
CSG = nightmare
Can you pls explain why.. I'm interview ing for CSG so curious..
I joined fairly recently and am already thinking of leaving. CSG is just so boring and I’m losing all the skills I had before.
Would it be a bad look on my resume?
I felt this to my core. I feel so scoped in CSG while learning so much (in school) in my tech classes that I cannot put into practice here.
Are you folks shifting to AWS or Solution Architect in general? I am considering looking at TPM roles as well.
I have been offered mts role at in a data intelligence team as a big data engineer. Is it a good profile to join?
Been here almost three years and not looking to leave. There is a good diversity of people. Also, having been in the business 20+ years and seem many companies, this one is golden.
I actually have been trying tp get a position as an Account Executive! Can anyone help pass my resume to a recruiter?
