Now applying for public accounting firms entry level positions but almost all firms HR asked if I had ever worked in firms. Got rejection emails from firms all the time. Someone senior at work is very dismissive of my questions and makes me feel nervous around them. I have just joined the team and so I have a lot of questions. They also try to blow things out of proportion or misrepresent facts and I get flustered in the moment and can’t keep track of what really happened. So I end up accepting blame for things that were not my responsibility. And the truth hits me a few hours later. How can I break this cycle?
