I’ve been working for big 4 firm for 3yrs now w barely any raise in sight. My performance increased tremendously but for whatever reason I got the same increase this yr as my first yr w the firm (and my increase was only cost of living abt 3%) Looking elsewhere but I feel undervalued already and have an overall dismal view of everything.
