Any healthcare executives here?
Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

At least unfriend on social media, and if you don't block her on phone, then you can screenshot any further texts she sends, in case you need proof in the future (hopefully not).
It's awful that such people get in leadership positions, but not uncommon :-(
Quitting was best.
I'm sure blocking them on every platform they have in contact with you would be a lot less inappropriate than what she's been doing to you. Be petty, we'll support you!
Yes! I would not be friends with my boss on social media in the first place. Block her big time!! Take care of yourself first. You deserve it.
Yes, good riddance!
Block and forget about her.
Ohhh, yes, block her and unfriend. She was saying that to feel good about herself.... and gaslight you for a final time. You don't want to leave her any way to access you or make your life worse anymore. You've finally gotten away from her, so let her go for good!
Very typical of a narcissist, I think she should seek mental help.
Block her.
I would! Hypocrisy at it's finest. She's the reason why you had to quit your job. What she did, for me, calls for a complete severance.
oh 100% block her and move on - they will always try to manipulate you, but it's better if you let go
Of course! You should block her in every platform. If it what keeps your peace of mind, then do so.
Of course! At this point, you shouldn't care about what she will think. You're free from her. I commend you for doing this for yourself.
Absolutely!! Block her and don’t look back.
Bye Bye!
I definitely would. Prioritize your mental health. Be unapologetic if that's what keeps you sane.
Yes
Block, no question!!!
Highly appropriate! Don't let these kinds of people affect you or your work. I hope you recover mentally from all that stress. Good luck!
You made the right decision, OP! It's their loss actually. Take a break first and continue with your job hunting.
The fact that your asking shows how unhealthy the relationship with your PREVIOUS boss. Only you can decide how someone treats you. Thankfully you are recognizing you don't deserve the treatment she engaged in . Moving forward keep in mind no one can take your power unless you give it away . This was a great learning opportunity to decide YOU make your BOUNDARIES. . Anyone else's opinion of you is irrelevant
