I quit my job as an AM at an agency I worked at for 3+ yrs to be an AD. I was overworked, stressed, not getting paid at the level I felt I deserved, but I was comfortable, however I still left. I took the first job offer I received and now regret it. My main concern when I read the JD was that I felt very under qualified but I still got the offer 2 days later (which concerned me how quick it happened). After being here for only a month, I know this job is not the one for me. What should I do?

The headhunter is pushing me to consider the small fund. I feel like I'm making a very basic error here, but I'm not sure what. I'm interested in opportunities with Google's Professional Services Organization (PSO). However, my applications to PSO, to date, always end with a standard reject email. I've tried applying three times. Don't plan on applying again anytime soon.
