I raised some issues in my team, and now all the male members are telling me “no need to interact with us”. And labeling me as assuming things and that they “never said” anything. I'm not clear what happened here. You spoke professionally within the team about some issues? Or escalated the issue to a manager or partner? What type of issue was raised? With what little info you provided, sounds very childish for a team to not take feedback (assuming it was constructive) and fix the issue and move on. How did you deliver your message? So many questions.

Sounds like retaliation based on what you describe. Its generally unacceptable in companies. See your companies code of conduct and see what remediation methods they have

Victims of retaliation are not only protected under HR rules but you are protected under law!! If you go to HR and your company doesn’t do anything about this behavior, sis get yourself a lawyer and collect that bag for discrimination & negligence !!

Document everything. Then follow your company protocol to report to HR. Keep notes on their actions and back up with emails etc. (bullet points as succinctly as you can state). Hard facts. Is your manager part of this? Don’t even debate the original complaint, point is what they are doing now is retaliation. As upsetting as this is, stay on your toes so they cannot say anything about you. You are smart to recognize they are freezing you out and cutting you out of work then will say you’re not contributing. Been there. You’re in a tough spot. Don’t retreat. You have no choice but to report current situation at this point. Is there a woman you trust as a mentor? You shouldn’t be alone in this. Not sure who you originally reported what to but they have a responsibility here. Stay strong.

Staff sent out paper AR confirms and got them back. Manager saw them and asked why their wasn't fold marks. Turns out staff forged signatures cause he didn't send them. Partner came out and fired him!

When your previous mid-sized agency posts a blackout picture and message renouncing racism... but while you worked there they spontaneously fired the ONLY Black person employed there due to sudden “performance issues”. The bandwagon is packed to full capacity today. 💅

I recently left the bank channel and went Indy, I’ve been successful at moving clients and assets over and am just getting started. A former bank advisor colleague has show interest in partnering up. For comparison purposes our AUM and production numbers were comparable. I did more fee based business while he did more VA and insurance business but we both have a fairly balanced product mix. Anyone else get passive aggressiveness when you have an emergency situation and relay that to a partner? Starting to feel like I am drowning and no one is understanding.
