I have this theory that being older than 35, your sleep habits have been affected by the rise in technology. Before, you had your tv in maybe 1 or two rooms of your home. Computers? You maybe had one slow one with a 56k modem.
Now you have both literally in the palm of your hand that can keep your mind awake and distracted. I wonder what the next 10yrs will bring us…
