I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Have not been feeling like myself over the past few months. Don’t know if it’s psychological or physical (or both), but just got the strength to go to the doctors for a check up and ended up being diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I was prescribed Prozac, but am hesitant to take due to side effects or any long-term dependency (I know it’s not an addictive drug, but altering my brain chemicals scares me). Anyone have experience taking Prozac willing to share and provide advice?
