Why so many people are leaving EY GDS?
I have offer from JP Morgan Chase Mumbai location I want to change my location to Bangalore as Mumbai is very expensive
I have 5 years of experience offer from JP Morgan is 26 will they consider my location change if give them counter offer just to change location
What i know it is project hiring and project is located on Mumbai any suggestions?

The key is to filter by country that you want and keep applying for as many openings as you can.
Also there are few companies that consider hiring from all over the world. Some of them that I know are:
Amazon - All over yhe world
Booking.com - Netherlands
Delivery Hero - Germany
I applied for so many opwnings and got calls from amazon UK and booking.com netherlands. Unfortunately wasn't able to clear the rounds this time.
My friend and his colleagues also got offer from Accenture london.

Some have commented to use LinkedIn, but one thing to note is you will not get an opportunity if you are just typing ‘interested’ in random advertising posts. You have to search for jobs and reach out to the recruiters directly with your interest. It would also be best to add people who work in your target companies and network.
I got a few interview calls from kpmg uk, pwc uk, natwest uk, bdo Netherlands and gt ireland. Got an offer from gt ireland which i am evaluating now. Key is to follow these company pages on linkedin, take a look at the jobs advertised and directly apply on the link. If they find your cv suitable you will get a call for interview atleast. hope this helps. :)

Linkedin , put different countries in naukri job location.. but i am seeing people getting jobs in less renowned startup companies.
If work location is some eurpean countru then do we have to shift there ?

Bt what about the compensation then ..is it matched as pee their country ...I mean ..ideally it should be ...but are there any constraints ..or we are treated compensation wise as 1 of them ...!!
It is mostly a little less as per the country. Like they gice you a post which is 1 level down of your current post. So do the proper research of cost of living and then decide if its beneficial. Most of the times it is beneficial, like you will definitely save more due to the currency. Protip- convert the currency only on the savings and not the entire salary.

Ohh....any 1 or 2 such company references on LinkedIn...so if the position pays $90K annually ....we would be paid around $60-70K..is this what you mean.
Definitely worth trying if savings are more plus ur getting to stay in our own country ...!!
