I recently read someone commented to a post in this bowl that MBB is trying to diversify its recruiting by hiring from non target schools? Is that true? Can someone speak about this? I would like to apply but don’t want to get my hopes up if there’s no chance. For context, I’m from a non-target school and have 2 YOE.

I am on stage 4 of the hiring process for a job as a Sr Art Director for a CPG brand. I was given a project to develop a product launch. The directions are vague. There are so many ways I could take the project but I’m curious what kind of outline and level of depth you expect from a project like this? I was planning on doing research separately & share so they can see what I normally do, and then a deck showing visuals, mood boards, and messaging ideas etc. Does that seem right?
