Healthy snack options?
Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

You muppet.. the healthiest Indian dish is butter chicken
What's vindaloo? I'm pretty limited to chx tikka masala or biryani
Go for the veggie dishes and nothing cream/gravy based; any chicken tikka or kabobs are fine too. Just avoid oil/cream/gravy
Do you know the place Dill Pickle Food Co-op in Chicago Logan Sqaure ? They have fully organic Indian food that taste amazing and can be stored for a while
For example Dill Pickle Food Co-Op has; mutter paneer, biryani, karahi and much more!!! They're all organic canned and you just heat them up. The products are actually coming from here, so read all about the ingredients (all natural/organic): http://jyotifoods.com
I eat the natural/organic mutter planner and karahi (potato dumplings) with whole wheat pasta and it take amazing! BTW its all vegan too
Like a lot of ancient (and the best) cuisines, Indian food was evolved to use local spices to their advantage to mask and maximize consumption of basic, flavorless, filling carbs like rice, wheat, and potatoes. Indians arguably have done this better than any civilization especially without the use of meat. Unfortunately our lifestyle has evolved past being very physically active and burning those carbs off is difficult. You can be mindful of the carb and load up on proteins like biryani chicken instead, of course - what's the point? The cuisine is what it is and everything in moderation is fine. It's ok to just eat Indian if you just work out a bit or eat salad for lunch. Listen to your body.
You can make them all healthy if you reduce the oil and grease. Try Madhur Jaffrey's Indian cooking for recipes.
Grilled stuff with roti(made of wheat bread) and not naan(made of white bread); other than that try to cook it with healthy ingredients say make chicken tikka masala with 0% Greek yogurt, lemon some, spices, chicken breast cubes and very little spray olive oil
Avoid Rice n bread , the Curries are fine
Anything can be healthy. Just don't overeat it. You're not going to automatically get fat from oil, or carbs, or non-organic food, or whatever. Just stop overeating.
