Salary scale at Cole Scott Kissane?
Recently Store Managers have been offering me jobs from different locations but same company in my town. The company is T-Mobile. It’s going to be my first job. I have a couple questions for any former/current employees. Is it better to work for T-Mobile, metro by T-Mobile, or a third party T-Mobile? Any difference in benefits or wage? Thanks

I work at Wayfair and I’m in one of the few departments that is remote. I am a Construction Design Manager that project manages architectural projects for their warehouse facilities. A Project Manager role requires a lot of collaborating and networking, but not in person. You will find these type of jobs are usually remote because you make lots of phone calls and send a lot of emails. Some travel may be required, depending on the role. It does pay well and I have a lot of flexibility in my job. I have 2 young boys, so I understand how much flexibility is important. Getting PMP certified is a great start to looking for jobs like these.
I actually just started myself. But feel free to send a DM.
Preemie mom here. I’m at LinkedIn
Now and it is a truly awesome place to work if you are a parent.
Hello fellow preemie mom! I will definitely look into LinkedIn!
UKG!
I highly recommend Upwork, both for full-time positions with the company, or to build your own career by freelancing and listing your services in the marketplace to be hired by clients. www.upwork.com/about
Flexibility and compassion are so important for moms trying to balance it all with work and family. Hope you find a better fit!
I work from home full time, my daughter is school-aged. I have the luxury of driving her to school every day and picking her up. however I do not get to spend as much time with her as I would like to due to the nature of my career. There are perks, we get lunches together!
If you think a position can reasonably be done remotely/mostly remotely even if not advertised as such, I recommend still applying and asking the recruiter/HR/hiring person if you can be remote. I have done this at several companies over the years and most have accommodated. I have also asked for flexible schedules, which companies seem especially open to post-Covid.
Ooo good suggestion!
Hi there! What I do is definitely all work from home. I own a financial services agency. We do everything related to $$ and financial planning. Retirement, investments, college funds, etc! And income potential is unlimited. We have a lot of parents with little ones, even single parents with babies who do soooo well in this business and get to spend the time they want with their kids. It's honestly the best opportunity for those who want to be with their babies and watch all their milestones, and be successful in business to make sure they have what's best for their children. If you or anyone else is interested in getting more information about this opportunity, leave a comment or message me!
I’m interested EverDriven 1 but can’t seem to message you.
When I was searching I looked for “best remote first companies”. I applied to one and got it and love it. I am sad I wasted so much time in my toxic job before and the time wasted commuted all my life is just insane. My kids are home with me over the summer (very independent ages) and I plan an hour to two hours a day to hang with them if I can. I start my day earlier, too, so I can fit it in. I highly recommend it for any working mom if you can

Sooo are ya gona share the company name?😆
How do you define flexible?
Set your own hours? I.e. solo work that you do at your own pace with no teamwork?
Or roles/companies that aren’t strictly 9-5.
Keep in mind, aside from working for yourself, the vast majority of roles/companies out there have some level of expectation for performance and availability - including an expectation that you have childcare while working.
Northwell, I’ve had no luck getting an interview, any insight as to whether I need a referral to get my foot in the door. Looking at Project Management roles.

Same boat here with a baby and been trying to get accommodations to stay home while nursing but the fact they want me in office (for no good reason) is stressing me out after getting so used to this WLB and watching baby grow with nanny

My problem is that my output with pumping is really low, even when I replace a feed. Tried three pumps and yes I’ve measured myself! So I have to pump a few times just to make one bottle. I already do this to just give him one bottle on top of EBF and it’s work. I don’t want that to be the reason I go to formula either if I can still give him what he needs directly.
Prudential has a lot of Remote openings. Dm if you want a referral

Hi! Would you mind sharing if Prudential contributes towards college tuition vs tuition reimbursement? I’m considering applying to the Disability Claim Specialist role as it’s very similar to what I do now. I process short term disability claims and leave management at The Hartford. I appreciate your help! 😊
Trupanion has been a really supportive workplace! I made the switch while pregnant and my boss & team have been so supportive. I am fully remote but can go into the office since they offer onsite, free daycare.
A lot of their jobs are remote! They have teams throughout the US, Europe, Australia, and Japan!
Chubb has treated me great through multiple pregnancies and nursing situations.
It's hybrid but there's flexibility.

Do a LinkedIn job search for companies that fit the bill and check the “remote” option where it says, remote, in person or hybrid (top right). Then set that search for alerts so you get a daily feed of jobs that match and are definitely remote.
What pay range are you after? That might help people give suggestions more specific
Check out Glassdoor. Work where you want—no requirements to be in the office. Lots of fully remote employees, including me. Good WLB, pay, and benefits. Been here since January. Have one daughter, age 6, and it's been life-changing.
Hi There! I hear you! I am with Amazon and they are extremely supportive and pay well :)
I am fully remote and enjoy having lunch with my babies
I believe some of the energy companies offer WFH customer service jobs. Check out Reliant Energy and CenterPoint Energy - I don’t remember which one it was but I’m fairly certain it was one of those companies offering WFH.
Check out Gartner. I saw you mentioned customer success, and that is typically a remote role. Overall we are shifting to a virtual first company. DM me with any specific questions on jobs etc. Good luck
What do you do? The PR agency I work for is fully remote
