Thoughts on Big 4 to Wayfair?

I am an incoming audit associate to a Big 4 firm, but my goal is to switch to FDD as soon as possible. I’ve heard that it would normally take 2-3 years, but that also assumes that I will be staying within the Big 4. Would companies outside the Big 4 be willing to hire an associate with only 1 busy season experience?

Has anyone at B4 moved to a different region than they are physically located in but continued to work on the same assignments from the original region? Like for example if I’m in the east coast market and fully remote (will always be full remote), could I move out west and continue to work on my same clients, assuming my team is cool with it? Or does this create a lot of issues with taxes/ compliance to where I would need to transfer to an office in that region?

I am STRUGGLING to find good workshops to bring in to my company! I'm trying to build L&D but no one (in professional groups) seems to be willing to share the facilitators they like and I'm so stuck because I need to bring in facilitators but need to have them vetted by recs prior. Till yesterday, my job status on Barclays portal was job offered. In evening, I got a mail saying congratulations on your offer & they have asked to click on the Barclays portal link and to accept the offer within 5 days, I did the same, now job status has been changed to offer accepted. But I didn't get Offer Letter via Mail. Guys, Do I need to wait for offer Letter or the one which I have accepted on portal is the same?
