Hi fishes, I gave my 1st round of technical interview with Hexaware yesterday and answered 80-90% of their questions and the interviewer also gave good feedback for the interview. But after that I haven't received any call back from the HR. So when can I expect a call back or no call back means my profile got rejected? Please advise. TIA

Can someone guide me through the process for applying for remote jobs in the US or UK.
Like e.g. if i apply through LinkedIn for a remote US job, do i need to have a valid visa to be eligible for that job if no information is provided in the job description about location. Tata Consultancy Infosys Accenture Wipro Remote
Is it typical for Recruiting at MBB to be a shitshow? Recently concluded a months-long interview process with BCG Platinion that left a bad taste in my mouth. Constantly having to follow up with the recruiter, lack of transparency in regards to role or level, contradictory feedback, and a rushed case interview. Also received a rejection notification AND an email stating the second interviewer was going to reach out to me to reschedule. Boston Consulting Group

I have 6 yrs of HR exp, a PHR cert & an HRIP cert. I recently left my role as an HR Rep at a tech co b/c I was working 60+/week and the stress of the job was affecting my health. I recently received an offer at a new tech co that is $10k less than what I was previously making with comments from current EEs that this new co has a better WLB. Total comp is still a lot less than my prev company. Is less comp too much of a compromise for better WLB? What have you compromised for a better WLB?

It’s pretty standard.
States you waive the right the sue & resolve issue outside of court.
Might want to read in full. Some state that if you don’t sign but don’t send something in writing to HR/company, it’s the same as signing/acceptance.
Oh got it. I didn’t receive it during my onboarding about a year ago
I don't think it has anything to do with it. I think it has more to do with the cases you want to sue the company. To be safe, I would send an email requesting clarification.
Its probably just bad timing to be honest. Because I doubt they sent that to elicite some sort of response. I would just put everything in writing like everyone said above.
Agree - standard. I wouldn't worry too much about it, but you can always clarify with the HR Manager.
