Could anyone share their perspective on what tasks or questions can be found on Transaction Advisory Services (ie: not for a Public Acctg Co) interview Excel Tests? The test will be one hour in length - does this mean that the applicant will be watched during this time (eg: Screenshare) or will they be asked to return the Excel Test after the hour is up?

Currently I am working for new startup paying around 22 Base Lpa . My current Exp is 1.6 Years and Tech Stack is Python+Aws+(Lots of Databases). My Work life is almost 0. I am looking for a switch to Big MNC with better work life but I have doubt that not all Product Base MNC will match My salary , Leave Hiking. Can you suggest some PBC that can match My salary and Give decent work life. So I can target them.

I have less than 6 months left on H1-B and my firm is in process of applying for extension. Also I am in middle of interviews to switch. Lets say I get an offer - would my next employer be able to apply for transfer + extension in one go/ same petition or would they have to file 2 separate petitions? In case of the latter, would it be beneficial to first get my extension and then have my next employer file for extension only. Any thoughts?

I’m a new PM and I’ve come across what I think is a problem with my companies story refinement process. It’s seems as if the devs estimate user stories but QA don’t. It’s just dawned upon me because at the end of each sprint we have a bunch of features that are not complete as there is a stack of them in the testing queue.

QA also don’t feed into the commitment into for each sprint during sprint planning.
