I've an offer of 42 fix and 2 joining bonus from @creative synergies group.
My skill set is Azure Data Engineer.

Dont go by what people are suggesting here. There is no such thing as market standard. IT industry is in a huge bubble right now, and all the folks who are getting 6-7x salary from non tier 1 college will be sacrificed once this bubble bursts. Your priority should be to find a good company with a good work culture, as there is no upper limit to the money you can get from an org.

Let me put this gently so you have no doubts for the rest of your career - THERE IS NO INDUSTRY STANDARD. You set your own price.
Only one formula to make money. Ask for it.

Take this first, settle down. Then try for 40-45. Just don't believe in all comments here, new ppl are getting high pay. Oldies are still with normal pay. So it's good one, take it and then analyze.
Industry standard do not apply everywhere, so would be better if you stop comparing.
You should look at your journey and where you stand currently, plus how your interview went, how important are you for the company to join them.
These all will help you decide your CTC.
To increase your package, you need to make multiple switches. Or you chose the life where you find comfort staying where you are. There's nothing wrong in living a peaceful life with lower package over earning crores but have no peace.
My suggestion: do not switch just for 30% as the taxes will eat away almost one thrid of your hike. Make this switch only if you don't like your current job.
You are highly underpaid even now. 33 is what most SSE candidates get at 10 years experience.
Try for at least 40 as Fixed
if you go to any product based company, you can easily get 50+.
Ask for 40L TC as fair value for them, DXC is not paymaster
Anything around 40-45 fixed is a big number for manager role...
Hi, whether there is a bubble or no bubble. Basic minimum thing is experience *2. So you getting 36 is very normal. You can go ask for more. Any how tax is like hell at this CTC. You can mention the same to HR.
