I hate to say this, but consider that ship sailed. There are some important strategies to adhere to for any employment negotiations and you mis-managed this one. The good news is, it sounds like you have the skill set to get job offers you’re interested in. With a little support, you may be able to lock down something even more interesting and better pay. I mean…the ship has sailed. This was what you should have thought through before saying no.
There's nothing further you should be initiating at this point.
In the future remember saying 'no' is not a negotiation strategy. There are hundreds of thousands of employees flooding the market from very reputable companies.
Say what you mean and mean what you say. Hard lesson to learn, but next time, map out your full negotiation strategy (that includes 2-3 no's) BEFORE you start negotiating.
