Hi Fishes,
Can anyone tell me how many rounds of interview are there in JPMorgan Chase & Co?
I had only 1 round as of now, it was with the Process head VP along with the person I will be reporting (if got selected)
It's been almost 4 days since I had that interview; however, no feedback has been shared with me.
I can see that my profile/application is under review for basic requirements.
Should I consider my profile as reject?
Any thoughts/guidance would be highly appreciated.
Thank you

You should have tried talking to the recruiter before sending an email. Anyhow, try connecting over a phone call now and gauge their sentiment

How much time has passed? You may well have blown it if they already have the spot to another candidate.

They may withdraw their new offer and stick with their original one
Might I recommend you consider comp per hour instead of total comp.when considering new roles
I hate to say this, but consider that ship sailed. There are some important strategies to adhere to for any employment negotiations and you mis-managed this one. The good news is, it sounds like you have the skill set to get job offers you’re interested in. With a little support, you may be able to lock down something even more interesting and better pay. Shoot me a private message if you want to pick my brain a little more
Don't beat yourself on this one, bud. If you really want this job, I personally think it's not too late. Show up now at the recruiter's house, if you can.
I mean…the ship has sailed. This was what you should have thought through before saying no.
There's nothing further you should be initiating at this point.
In the future remember saying 'no' is not a negotiation strategy. There are hundreds of thousands of employees flooding the market from very reputable companies.
Say what you mean and mean what you say. Hard lesson to learn, but next time, map out your full negotiation strategy (that includes 2-3 no's) BEFORE you start negotiating.
ok so what happened here deloitte
