If you are starting as an Audit Associate some time from now with Deloitte or any of the big 4, do they expect you to have passed/completed all 4 parts by the time you start? Received the Becker Reimbursement email from the recruiter not too long ago but have yet to start. I’ve seen plenty of people get to Senior at a big 4 firm without the CPA so I am a bit confused in that aspect. Any helpful feedback will be very much appreciated.

Is the recruiter internal for Facebook, or are you working with a third party?
Internal at FB
I think this is a common policy now - no negotiating base at the start, but it sets you up for a bump in a few months once you've worked there/they can see performance. I've heard of this from others too
Sheesh, I haven't heard that before.
What role OP? That sounds strange.
A non tech role in marketing
I would ask around to other folks on LinkedIn who have a similar role. That doesn't sound right to me personally but maybe things have changed since the pandemic
I did speak to someone who confirmed they were not able to negotiate their base either.
What’s the base salary, I’ll let you know.
Yes not in a manager role
congrats on the offer! likely not true. i've helped people get betwen $10K-$55K more through negotiation, including $20K more at FB. If I can be of help, reach out to me on LinkedIn as I check that way more often than here. https://www.linkedin.com/in/alanjstein/
Seems fishy to me. You should follow up with employees who are there that have your desired position through LinkedIn
Congrats! In my experience that may be if there are sign-on's and other things at play
I've never heard of FB's base being non-negotiable.
